Bohemian Cooperatives Library of Things Terms of Borrowing
- Eligibility
- The Bohemian Library of Things (BLoT) is available for use by Bohemian Football Club (BFC) members only.
- Care and Return of Items
- Please clean all tools before returning them. Users must pay a cleaning fee of €10 if the item is unclean.
- Report any damage or faults to a staff member or by email to india.ryan@bohemians.ie when returning an item.
- Normal wear and tear is expected; you will not be charged for this. However, all damage must still be reported.
- Items must be returned on the agreed date. Late returns will pay a late fee = Cost of hire after x days – full cost of item / membership impact.
- Safe Use of Tools
- By borrowing an item, you confirm that you are capable of using it safely and responsibly.
- You agree to read the information provided with each item and to use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- You understand that Bohemian Library of Things staff and volunteers are not experts in the use of these tools and cannot provide technical guidance.
- Liability and Waiver
- By borrowing from Bohemian Library of Things, you waive all claims against Bohemian Library of Things and Bohemian Football Club, its trustees, volunteers, and employees for any injury, death, or property damage arising from the use of borrowed items.
- You acknowledge that Bohemian Library of Things makes no guarantees regarding the safety, suitability, or condition of any tool.
- Membership and Compliance
- You agree to abide by all rules of Bohemian Library of Things.
- Failure to follow these terms may result in suspension or loss of membership.
- The personal information you provide must be accurate and may be verified.
- Agreement
- By booking and borrowing items from Bohemian Library of Things, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Borrowing.
